DaySpring has been a provider of behavioral health services in Oklahoma since 1997. During that time, we have grown to be the largest private provider in the State with services in 36 Counties. Our success is based upon hiring quality employees and providing them with the support they need to provide quality services. As a private company, DaySpring is always looking for creative approaches and underserved needs that create opportunities. Our clinical staff and clinical managers are paid based upon their clinical productivity, therefore, your opportunities are only limited by your personal commitment and ambition. To be a clinician working for DaySpring you must have a Masters Degree in a behavioral health field and be eligible for a professional license as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavioral Practitioner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Social Worker. All employees that are not licensed must be under the supervision for licensure by their licensing board.

As a therapist working for DaySpring, you have a level of flexibility most companies cannot offer. Employees have a great deal of input into the overall functioning of the organization and new ideas are always welcome. Although clinicians are paid based upon their performance, DaySpring offers a comprehensive benefit package. This includes; vacation time, sick leave, paid holidays, group health plan and optional dental. DaySpring has both a short term and long term disability policy and all full-time employees are provided with a $50,000 life insurance policy.
